Financial Services

École de management INSA is an unsubsidized, private institution funded primarily through tuition fees. 

Financial services are responsible for managing student accounts.

Educational Service Contract

​

Financial services produce an educational service contract for each student admitted to a program. This contract is available online via OMNIVOX.  After receiving the contract, students have 30 days to sign it electronically and confirm their registration.

​

Payment deadline

​

Payment must be completed within the deadline indicated on the receipt. Students are responsible for paying their tuition as well as other fees, which may vary according to payment methods and delays.

Defaulting on a Payment

​

As long as a student is defaulting on a payment they will be unable to be registrer to their next term or obtain any official documents (diploma, transcript, etc…) from the Registrar.

Reimbursement of tuition fees

​​

Any student having cancelled her/his registration by following established guidelines and being eligible to receive a reimbursement of tuition fees must send their request via financial services on OMNIVOX.

​​

Any fees related to the processing of applications or student registration are not refundable.

File analysis and registration fees 

​​

Application and registration fees are non-refundable.

​​

Online tax form 

​​

If you were a student during any given year, the T2202A and Relevé 8 tax forms will be available online no later than February 28 of the following year on OMNIVOX
